Baden bei Vienna

Baden is a spa resort some 16 miles (26 kilometers) south of Vienna and 20 miles (33 kilometers) from Vienna airport and in the heart of the wine region (Weinviertal) of the Wienerwald. Once the summer residence of the Emperor, Baden now offers five star accommodation, an abundance of cultural and culinary pleasures, together with wellness and health spa oases. The town also offers much in the way of distractions such as the Congress Casino, scenic golf courses and the International Trotting Race Festival.
