This is where the Ski Austria Academy is located as a recognized training centre for state ski instructor and trainer training. It also enjoys great popularity with skiers looking for a warming drink or a spot of lunch on its many hotel and hut sun terraces. And at 1,800 meters, it has one of the highest cross-country ski trails in Austria and a sunny winter hiking trail.
